Chosen Spot Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a part-time or full-time associate in our thriving, family-wellness practice located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region. Applicant must be passionate about pediatric chiropractic care and be willing to serve all ages, including up to a 50% pediatric base. We are a waitlist practice with a community ready to be served.
Our 5 doctor office works as team, collaborating in care, so our applicant must be willing to practice the Chosen Spot Protocols which include:
-Pediatric adjusting techniques
-Applied Kinesiology
-Upper Cervical Technique
-Diversified and/or Instrument adjusting
-Nutritional counseling
Trainings in our protocol and mentorship in personal/professional growth are always an integral part of our Associate Training Program.
We have a unique and profound approach that we deliver in 15-minute appointments and 45-minute exam times. There is also scheduling for longer appts when needed.
A genuine passion to work with newborns through age 6 and provide breastfeeding support is a must. Extensive on-site training will be provided to all new-hires despite previous experience by the co-owner/CACCP doctor.
Membership in the ICPA is a requirement, though it can be obtained after joining the team.
Open to a seasoned practitioner with experience in pediatric care or an upcoming/newer graduate.
-Only 4 day work-week for FT, 2 days for PT
-Salary of $60k-$75k base plus multiple bonus opportunities for FT
-Salary for PT paid hourly or base plus bonuses
-Paid malpractice ,
