Overview of the Position
As the Owner of an AlignLife Franchise, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of your chiropractic clinic. Your primary goal is to use AlignLife’s services to ensure the financial success and growth of your clinic. Your team will be comprised of an Office Manager, Chiropractic Assistant, and eventually an Associate and Health Coach, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
Franchise Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the chiropractic franchise, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring quality patient care.
- Develop and implement AlignLife strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain compliance with AlignLife guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success and growth of your Clinic.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified chiropractors, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide ongoing supervision, support, and professional development opportunities for the team.
- Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among staff members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Patient Care and Experience:
- Ensure that high-quality chiropractic care and functional nutrition is delivered to patients by implementing standardized treatment protocols and best practices.
- Maintain a patient-centric approach, focusing on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a strong reputation in your community.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, such as partnerships, marketing initiatives, and community outreach programs.
- Use AlignLife’s internal, external and digital marketing strategies to attract new patients and increase the franchise's visibility and reputation.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage your clinic's budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources and cost control measures.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze financial statements, and implement AlignLife strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with AlignLife and follow financial reporting requirements and guidelines.
Skills:
- Experience managing a chiropractic clinic or healthcare-related business.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Proficient in utilizing technology and software systems relevant to clinic operations.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
