Overview:
We are a very busy and high energy chiropractic office seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to our chiropractors and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the healthcare field and passionate about helping others.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere

- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical history and relevant information

- Perform patient assessments, such as taking vital signs and recording symptoms

- Provide support with patients including preparing treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary items are in each room for treatment, setting patients up on therapies and ensuring they are doing therapies correctly

- Educate patients on home care exercises and stretches as directed by the chiropractor

-Be able to check patients in and out

-Admin support by making copies, creating folders, scanning, and filing

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take directions
- Proficient computer skills for managing patient records and scheduling appointments

Note: Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong interest in chiropractic care.
