Lead Chiropractor – Full-Time

East Bay Chiropractic Health Center is a highly successful, well-established chiropractic clinic with 29 years of excellence in patient care, located in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay, north of Berkeley). Our practice serves patients ranging from children to the elderly, with a strong emphasis on results-driven care.
Approximately 85% of our patient base consists of personal injury cases, and we provide comprehensive care across all phases: acute, chronic, wellness, and rehabilitation.
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Chiropractor to join our outstanding team.
Position Highlights
- Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break at noon)
- No clinic management responsibilities — this role is strictly clinical
- Fully staffed, well-run office with the clinic owner on-site

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient evaluations, including history, physical exams, and X-rays
- Accurately diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based chiropractic techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-level patient care with a focus on outcomes and recovery
- Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care through continuing education
Required Skills & Attributes
- Detail-oriented — documentation must be complete and finished daily
- Strong diagnostic and examination skills
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Confidence in interpreting X-rays and clinical findings
- Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
Licensure & Certifications
- Active California Chiropractic License (Required)
- Active X-Ray License (Required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
