What You'll Do
As an Associate Chiropractor at Innate Chiropractic, you'll play an important role in both patient care and the continued growth of the practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive chiropractic examinations and patient assessments
- Develop individualized chiropractic care plans
- Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and treatments
- Educate patients about chiropractic care, spinal health, nervous-system function, movement, and wellness
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans when appropriate
- Collaborate with other doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in community education, outreach, and practice-growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation
- Continually develop your adjusting, communication, clinical, and leadership skills
Clinical Approach & Techniques
Our doctors utilize multiple approaches depending on the needs and preferences of the patient.
The practice incorporates:
- Hands-on chiropractic adjusting
- Activator and instrument-assisted adjusting
- Structural and functional chiropractic care
- Nervous-system-focused care
- Postural and movement assessment
- Soft-tissue and mobility work when appropriate
- Corrective and strengthening exercises
- On-site X-ray when clinically indicated
Experience with every technique is not required. We are looking for a chiropractor who has strong fundamentals, is coachable, and is committed to continually improving as a clinician.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Licensed or eligible for chiropractic licensure in New Hampshire
- Strong adjusting and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered chiropractic care
- Desire to continually develop clinically and professionally
Compensation
$80,000–$150,000 per year
Compensation is based on experience, performance, and professional growth within the practice.
