Averio Health Institute is looking to hire a positive, career-minded, honest Doctor of Chiropractic to join our healthcare team, in Mt. Vernon, WA as a Clinical Manager.

Averio Health Institute is a regenerative chiropractic healthcare facility that offers concentrated chiropractic care, advanced objective testing and education.

Responsibilities:

· Management of patient cases to include initial and secondary consultations, ROF, answering questions.

· Manage patient communication and correspondence in an efficient and professional way (i.e. calls, emails, letters, reports, fax).

· Proficiency with Posture Ray for reviewing and analyzing patient radiographs (*training provided on-site).

· Review and assess patient blood labs, toxicity panels, and other objective tests towards accurate and valuable patient reports, note taking, and doctor / team communication.

· Be able to perform accurate objective testing with patients and review and analyze objective testing for patient reports towards further healthcare recommendations.

· Take detailed notes, accurate reporting, ability to use basic computer software including Microsoft office, outlook, etc.

Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team setting.

· Efficient, multi-tasker with flexibility to adapt and prioritize new tasks.

· Team player who is respectful and owns leadership skills.

· Top-notch verbal and written communication skills, with proper grammar and spelling.

· Trainable with a desire to continue to learn more about the human body, and how to get the best clinical outcomes.

· Positive, healthy attitude with willingness to grow, learn, and adapt.

Experience:

· Must be a licensed D.C. in the State of Washington.

· Must have current malpractice insurance.
