What the Role Looks Like

You’ll spend your days performing thorough exams, reading and explaining digital X-rays, and delivering diversified, SOT, and rehab-focused adjustments. Collaboration is key—our chiropractors, CAs, massage therapists, and acupuncturist work as one team to give every patient a seamless, five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial exams, re-exams, and progress evaluations
Obtain, interpret, and discuss digital imaging with patients
Create individualized care plans and deliver diversified/SOT adjustments, soft-tissue work, and rehab exercises
Educate patients on findings, wellness strategies, and home care
Maintain concise, compliant SOAP notes in a cloud-based EHR

What You’ll Bring

Doctor of Chiropractic degree (accredited) and an active Connecticut license
Strong communication skills, genuine empathy, and a growth mindset
Passion for community outreach and lifelong learning

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $75,000 – $100,000 (DOE) with production bonuses. Two weeks PTO plus paid holidays, malpractice insurance fully covered, complimentary care for you and immediate family, 401(k) with employer match, and paid certification in acupuncture and dry needling. Clear advancement tracks lead to Lead DC or Clinic Director.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday—Friday afternoons are yours to enjoy.
